These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and qs786 ("qs786", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content provided through the qs786 website at qs786.net, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, dice games, bingo, and all other gaming products made available by qs786.

This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. • Pakistani Mobile Number: A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account registration and OTP-based verification. This number is used for security verification, account recovery, and where applicable, withdrawal confirmation.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your qs786 Account at any time by contacting the qs786 support team. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of identity verification procedures.

qs786 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your qs786 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes transmitted to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your qs786 login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your qs786 Account on your behalf.

All deposits to your qs786 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• qs786 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, as required under its international gaming licence obligations.

qs786 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all qs786 bonuses and promotions:

Bets not confirmed by qs786 due to system error, connectivity failure, or any other technical issue shall be void and any funds deducted for such bets will be returned to the User's Account Balance.

All intellectual property rights in and to the qs786 platform — including but not limited to the qs786 brand, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audiovisual content, and all other materials made available through the platform — are owned by or licensed to qs786 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qs786 platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any content from the qs786 platform; create derivative works based on qs786 content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any qs786 software; or use any qs786 branding or trademarks for any purpose without the prior written consent of qs786.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qs786 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the qs786 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the qs786 platform or any part thereof.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude qs786's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
